Privacy notice

This notice explains how Sirius Natural Resources Oil and Gas FZCo (“Sirius”, “we”) handles personal data collected through siriusnr.com. We are the data controller for that data. Questions can be sent to info@siriusnr.com.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or application we receive the details you type into the form: name, company, email address, phone number if given, the category you select and your message. Applications may also include a CV sent by email.

Why we use it

We use the information to answer your enquiry, to assess a job application, or to carry out know-your-customer checks before entering into a commercial relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, where relevant, the steps needed before entering into a contract.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter and for up to three years afterwards. Unsuccessful applications are deleted within twelve months unless you ask us to keep your details on file.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. It may be shared with service providers who host our email and website, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. Fonts are self-hosted; no requests are made to third-party font servers.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by writing to info@siriusnr.com or to IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, P.O. Box 125846, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
